I’m thankful for a body that allows me to do what I love. To work in an industry where I motivate others to become stronger and healthier is truly my dream come true.

Sometimes I eat🍿for dinner. There are nights (many!) I drink too much🍷. But there’s no wagon to fall off of.  I simply show up. Again and again and again. Because consistency always trumps perfection.
