What a way to continue celebrating #WomensHistoryMonth!  Thank you to @thelistshowtv for letting me share these stories of powerful women that I met or came across on some of my #BareFeetSeries adventures!  From learning about Solitude of Guadeloupe who has become the symbol for the fight for racial justice in the @guadeloupeislands and the Caribbean 🇬🇵 ; to the fearless little girls I met in Girona, Catalunya who climb the top of the Castells (Human Towers)🎗; to Nunzia and the rest of the Women Pasta Makers in the Strada Delle Orecchiette in Bari, Italy passing down these traditions from generation to generation 🇮🇹 ; to the Haenyeo, the female divers of Jeju Island, South Korea who are fighting to keep this age-old tradition alive, and who let me dance and sing with them, gifting me one of their own underwater masks 🇰🇷

There are so many amazing women I’ve met over the past decade of traveling the world through dance and music, and these are just a handful of them - but I want to thank ALL the women who have shared their power, their stories, and their dances with me!  Happy Women’s History Month!
