All good things come with a little hard work. Consistent, hard work that is.

There are no quick fixes in this life. No instant gratitifaction. 

If you want positive change that leads to long lasting, sustainable wellness, you've got to committ to the process.

Sam knows the process of showing up, doing the work and trusting your body isn't always flashy, fun or fast. She also knows how rewarding it is to lean into the long game, look back and recognize the ground she's gained through consistency, patience and belief in herself. 

Although the work comes from the individual and is never easy, it is a more successful, more enjoyable process when...
