Weekend Recap!!! After a 7-6 win Friday night against CSUF the boys got a huge 6-3 upset win over #11 ranked SDSU!!! The team got goals from #10 Matt Hoeksema, #22 Luke Miller, #25 Ryan Schlerf, #28 Adam Stanovich, and 2 goals including the game winner from #15 Francis Lemay!!! #32 Tyler Gealy got the win with a stellar performance in net!! Senior Adam Stanovich had 1G-1A and was awarded the Beach hardhat for player of the game!! In addition to a huge win the beach was able to raise money for MemorialCare Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach!!! Thank you to all the patients, staff, and their families, your an inspiration to all of us and we are honored to be able to contribute to your organization!! Thank you to everyone who bid on jerseys and donated to the Hospital!! Congratulations to our seniors who played their last home game Saturday and thank you for your contributions to this program!! Thank you to all the beach fans that came out Saturday and all season!!! Also a special thank you to our coaching staff, off ice staff, and club sports staff! Without your hard work & dedication our program would not be possible! The beach finish the regular season at 12-10 winning 6 of their last 8 games! They look to continue their success in the WCHC playoffs on February 9th & 10th!! #gobeach #lbsuhockey
