Often times I get to meet some great people from the BIPOC community who are working behind the bar at a brewery or local bar.

Sometimes I am told how they’ve been following me on IG and wish they can do what I am doing…brewing. And I always respond with:

“Why don’t you?”

Sometimes, their answer is usually the same: It looks scary, I don’t have any experience, I don’t know if I can do it, I don’t know where to begin, Who would hire me…etc,.

To my amazing BIPOC community who are on here who also might be thinking the same thing, to you I say: Enough of that kind of talk.

You are fully capable of starting from somewhere to get to where you want to be in this industry. The following are three incredibly remarkable women who are doing just that and who have been carving their own path how they choose.
