What does being heard look like to your employees? 

What happens when the trust falters between employees and ownership? 

What happens when egos play a toxic role in running a business?

What happens when you’re asked to talk about those topics in front of a packed room of consumers and industry people? 

This forum is evolving on a monthly basis and I’m realizing certain topics need to address some of the most challenging and curious questions we all struggle with around what it means to be human and imperfect. People DO NOT tune in to anything unless it helps them learn and brings them some understanding of the human condition.

Many thanks to Jess and Doug Reiser, Owners of burialbeer for coming out to discuss the imperfections and constant growth of their company. This was challenging and learned a great deal from it.
