This is the note that landed Addison and me on the @kellyclarksonshow.

And every note goes back to her fourth-grade year in middle school when she anxious about school and we later learned she was the target of mean-girl bullying.

October is #BullyingPrevention Month.

It’s not hard to be nice to people.

But what we forget as adults: our kids model the behaviors they see at home.
