Dropping knowledge in the caption ‼️ Football season is right around the corner, so let's take a look back at this play from last season...

Preparation: They were an outside zone/stretch team, so I worked through this run fit in practice and on film over and over again. I understood exactly what my assignment was and how I was going to "fit" this play. Result was a tackle for loss.
