This week we were honored to have Lydia Mathiushenko as a guest speaker. Lydia shared  with us a better way to run a business by using “Service Prototyping” and looking at your brand from the customers point of view. Lydia has over 10 years of experience as a UX Designer working with some of the biggest brands in the world solving problems. She is now running her own company Suubi Inno using customer centric practices to help their clients.
