When you have 10 miles of work to get done and you’d prefer not to run 40 laps —> Track Mode by corosglobal baby ⏱️🤘

Footing has been a little dicey in Boulder so Coach Joe suggested a track fartlek. Most GPS get a little wonky when you run on the track. COROS Track Mode allows you to pick a lane to run in to ensure accurate data. 
Accurate data is essential in knowing how I am progressing in my buildup for the Boston Marathon. 5:36 pace for 10 miles is right where I need to be 👌
