🌶 What's for dinner tonight? 👇 It's HOT in Oregon, so I am relying on meals that don't use my oven, and this Crockpot Salsa Verde Chicken was a hit in my house!

Take the salsa I shared earlier this week, and smother your chicken in it. Cook it slowly for a few hours, and you have amazingly tender, flavorful chicken for tacos, taco salads, rice bowls, and more!
