It broils in my @SharpHomeUSA European Convection Oven in the amount of time it will take you to toss together a salad or sauté some veggies, so it's perfect any night of the week.

This incredible oven has an internal temperature probe – you set the oven to turn off when your meat reaches the desired temperature. After I slip the steak, I can set it to reach 130º F, and know that it will alert me when it’s time to pull it out. So smart!
