🚨NEW STAFF🚨 We would like to welcome our NEW Director of Spects Iowa Casey Pauli!! Casey brings years of leadership at the Director level and we are excited for him to sink his teeth into the awesome club partnership with the Cedar Rapids Reds. 

Casey enters his 9th year as a coach for the Cedar Rapids Reds.  He has been the Director of the Reds program for the last 4 years while also being a part of the board in some capacity over the last 8 years.  Casey’s experience and success as a high school and college coach has helped guide and grow the Reds organization.  Casey has a passion for growing the game and helping guide and develop all while teaching them how to win.

Aside from his leadership role in the Reds and Spects, Casey is co-owner of a D-BAT, an indoor baseball and softball facility. Casey has five kids in the Reds organization and his wife, Cari, coaches softball for the Reds.
