## Caption

Caffenol; the process of developing film using a combination of substitutes for harmful chemicals, most importantly being coffee. Last weekend I developed my first roll of film at home  using this method with the hope that it would not only work, but also push me closer towards a larger goal I have yet to achieve. The moment I pulled out the developed roll and saw those familiar shapes & shadows of Franklin Falls, it felt like making fire. With a newfound respect for those who develop at home and a fresh wave of determination to keep doing it myself, hopefully this new step in my personal photography journey inspires anyone out there hoping to take part in this process. .
