## Caption

You smash potatoes I smash Brussels sprouts. So good, crispy and delicious! Kids will love it too! Blanch them first in salted water for 5 minutes. In the oven at 400F degrees until nice and crispy! Should this recipe go on my blog?

1 lb Brussels sprouts
1 tsp salt
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Dressing

1/4 cup Olive oil
1 tsp Salt and 
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp of dry mix thyme, rosemary, oregano
2 Minced garlic

Shake all ingredients in a jar before pouring over the Brussels sprouts.
