Is that time of the year! Pumpkin spice brown butter madeleines cookies. How’s that sound? Pumpkin spice and everything nice! Happy Friday!

2 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin sauce
1/2 cup or 1 stick brown butter
Powdered sugar for sprinkle

Start whisking the eggs with sugar until frothy.
Add flour, baking powder and fold gently. 
Add pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice. 
Pour brown butter in the end. 
Chill dough in the fridge for 1 hour. 
Preheat at 400F and bake cookies for 10-12 minutes. 
Best to be eaten in one day!
