Approachable and versatile, this buttery, smooth cheese is perfect for everything from a grilled cheese to grilling classics like cheeseburgers. Its mild flavor and ooey gooey meltiness make it perfect for this spicy summer corn dip. Produced in Denmark since 1893 Castello's authentically Danish cheese celebrates the art of cheese making. Prep time: 5 minutes 
Cook time: 20 minutes 
Yields: 4 servings 
Ingredients 
2 tbsp of butter
2 cloves of garlic minced 
1 jalapeno diced 
2 cups of corn kernels 
2 tbsp Sour Cream 
1 cup of Castello Creamy Havarti Cheese 
Salt and black pepper 
1 tsp cumin 
1 tbsp lime juice 
Fresh cilantro Tortilla chips for serving 
Instructions
 - Preheat oven on 400F degree. 
- In a sauté pan add butter, minced garlic, and diced jalapeño.
 - Sauté for a few minutes. 
- Add corn kernels into the pan. 
- Sauté for 5 minutes until nicely charred. - Remove from heat.
 - Season with salt and black pepper.
 - Add sour cream, cheese, lime juice and cilantro. 
- Combine well and transfer skilled into the oven
 - Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
 - Serve warm with tortilla chips. 
- Enjoy!
