## Caption

I have a really easy and delicious dessert for you today! Key lime pie parfait. It takes  a few minutes to make it. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight and you can even have this for breakfast.

For 2 serving
.
2 cups of heavy cream
3-4 tbsp of greek yogurt
Honey or other sweetener
Juice from 1 lime
Zest from one lime
Crushed Biscoff cookies.

In a medium bowl start whipping the heavy cream with electric mixer on medium speed until soft peak. Add yogurt, honey, lime zest and juice. Keep whisking for a few more minutes until nice and fluffy! Build your cup with layers of crushed Biscoff cookies and whipped mixture. Refrigerate for a few hours. Enjoy!
