Kimchi, brie and steak sandwich on ciabatta bread! Just no words, what a great combo! Layers of thinly cut leftover steak, topped with brie cheese were melted in the oven for a few minutes. Topped with kimchi and a few micro greens. The spiciness and sourness of kimchi such a nice touch with the brie cheese and steak. Do you love kimchi?
