There is no party without a pasta salad! This farfalle Italian style salad is truly a delight. Beautiful flavors of sun dried tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, olives and capers makes this salad perfect for any summer day!

1 lb Boiled pasta farfalle
1 cup Sun dried tomatoes in oil
8oz Fresh mozzarella 
1 cup Kalamata olives
2 tbsp Capers
Dry salami chopped (optional)

Dressing
.
1/2 cup Olive oil
2 Garlic cloves minced or grated
1 tbsp Dry basil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp Balsamic vinegar

Feel free to use your favorite pasta shape. Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Toss pasta and all other ingredients in a medium bowl. Combine well and refrigerate. It’s a great make ahead salad and will last a couple of days on your fridge.
