## Caption

I thought you might need a meal prep for the week. My kid loves @starbucks #eggbites So I decided to try it at home. I don’t have a sous vide machine but Bain Marie technique worked beautifully. The texture came out like flan. I went heavy on the veggies but you can add your own flavors. Have a wonderful Sunday😍
