Keep it simple they say! This beautiful venison rack was #gifted by firstlight.farm Truly speechless by the quality and taste of the meat. Really not much to do when it comes to cooking the meat! Just seasoning, simple searing and in the oven at 450F until it reaches 135F. I paired it with a blackberry balsamic compote and it was so delicious!
