Bone broth latte this morning! Yes, it’s delicious and that’s all you need these days. I’m still feeling sick, so this can totally replace my soup for the day. Use a good bone broth. If you don’t make your own, there are lots of good options out there. Enjoy!

Bone broth (powder or liquid)
1 tbsp of grass fed butter
Salt and black pepper
Turmeric
Ginger
Red pepper flakes
Fresh parsley

Heat the broth with the spices for 2-3 minutes. Add butter and blend with a hand blender ta create the froth. Add some fresh parsley on top and enjoy! Your guts going to love it!
