I got the most festive flatbread for you today! #ad Perfect to entertain your friends and family during Holidays. My flatbread has Italy’s #1 cheese brand galbanicheese. A mozzarella cheese with a creamy taste and firmer texture, ideal for shredding and use it on flatbread or pizzas. The cheese melts perfectly and it pairs beautifully with cranberry sauce, salty prosciutto, and peppery arugula. A real delight! I love cheeses that have a long history I always go for galbanicheese products when I shop because of their long history of making quality Italian cheese. This flatbread is so much fun and delicious. Recipe
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10-15 minutes
Yields: 6 servings

Ingredients

1 package of Classic Whole Milk Mozzarella cheese galbanicheese
1 package of store-bought pizza crust
½ cup cranberry sauce or jelly
4 oz prosciutto
2 pears sliced
1 cup arugula
2 tbsp crushed pistachios

Instructions

-Preheat the oven at the temperature required for the pizza crust. (400-500F)
-Shred the mozzarella cheese using a grater
-Roll out the pizza crust.
-Spread cranberry sauce, cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.
-Top with prosciutto and sliced pears.
-Bake flatbread for 10-15 minutes.
-Remove from the oven, and sprinkle pistachios and arugula all over.
-Cut and enjoy!
