Cold morning needs cozy winter breakfast! Cardamom oats cake with blood oranges. Super easy to make, perfect for breakfast or afternoon snack.

2 bananas
2 eggs
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp of cardamom powder
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp of almond butter (optional)
1 tsp of baking powder

The texture came out a little dense! If you want more cake texture add some milk for a thinner batter. You can add other fruits or chocolate chips as per your taste. I loved it so much. I ate a couple of slices right a way! Happy Friday!🎄
