Pumpkin basque cheesecake. Because Pumpkin is the king of #October. Literally burnt cheesecake is the easiest and most delicious dessert in my opinion. No crust required, comes together in one bowl and make any flavor you want.

Here is the recipe
.
3 packages of softened cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 can of pumpkin puree or use fresh pumpkin about 2 cups
4 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
Pinch of salt
1 tsp of pumpkin spice
3 tbsp of flour

The method is super easy, from a bowl to a spring form and bake! The only tip, it really needs to cool for like 4 hours before you cut it.
