French toast with caramelized apples and pecans topped with whipped Double Cream Ricotta galbanicheese #ad Fall is my favorite season, and I adore all the flavors and spices it offers. That fluffy whipped ricotta is the best part of the recipe. It pairs so beautifully with French toast and apples! My first bite was like “Heaven” This Double Cream Ricotta from galbanicheese has twice the cream of regular whole milk ricotta plus it is made with 4 simple ingredients. You really must try it! I couldn’t stop myself eating out of the container, lol. The texture is so rich, and creamy perfect for just a fruit topped snack, or use it on decadent rich desserts like cheesecake or cannoli filling. The possibilities are endless. The Galbani brand started in 1882 and today it is Italy #1 cheese brand. For over 130 years they have crafted high quality cheese based on cheesemaking tradition. It always be a staple on my pantry.
