Burrata cheese
Seedless grapes

For the marinade
1 crashed garlic
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar ( the recipe calls for sherry vinegar)
Salt and black pepper
Toasted fennel seeds
Fresh basil

Combine all ingredients for the marinade. Mix the grapes with the marinade, and chill for an hour or overnight. Pass them in skewers and grill them for a couple of minutes turning them around. You can even roast them in hight temperature in the oven. Drizzle the marinade over the burrata cheese.Enjoy!
