Recipe
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Yelds: 4 servings
Ingredients
2 tbsp of butter
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 jalapeno diced
2 cups of corn kernels SE Grocers Sweet Corn
3 tbsp of SE Grocers Sour Cream
1 cup of SE Grocers Mexican Style Blend
Salt and black pepper
1 tbsp lime juice
Fresh cilantro
Tortilla chips for serving
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven on 400F degree.
- In a sauté pan add butter, minced garlic, and diced jalapeno.
- Sauté for a few minutes.
- Add corn kernels into the pan.
- Sauté for 5 minutes until nicely charred.
- Remove from heat.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Add sour cream, cheese, lime juice and cilantro.
- Combine well and transfer skilled into the oven
- Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
- Enjoy!
