Fish tacos today cause you know #tacotuesday This time with a summery corn and tomato salsa🍅🌽🌶. Such a fresh dish, full of summer flavors! Perfectly seasoned flaky fish layered over tortillas with the best summer toppings. I kept it simple without any sauce but you do you!

For the fish
1 lb of cod fillet
Olive oil
Cumin
Chili powder
Paprika
Salt and black pepper

For the salsa

Fresh kernel corn 
Cherry tomatoes sliced
Red onion diced
Jalapeño diced
Avocado diced
Lime juice
Fresh cilantro

Marinate the fish with all the ingredients above. Let it rest 10 minutes while you preheat the oven at 400F degree. Meantime prepare the salsa by combining all ingredients in a medium bowl. Bake fish for 15 minutes. Build your tacos with salsa fish more lime juice and fresh cilantro! Enjoy! 🌮🌮🌮
