5 exercises to do post ACL surgery bending at 60 degrees🌟

I got new exercises because your girl is bending at 60 degrees🤗 my ROM is doing great and every time I get new exercises I’m super excited to share, even though my form looks crazy😂 these new exercises make my knee super tired which is so crazy because this usually is a light activation for me🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m starting off just doing body weight to focus on my ROM but once my knee and leg get use to these exercises I’ll be adding some weight 🤸🏽‍♀️
