You’ll need:
-1/2 cup NotMilk™ 
-1 cup justegg 
-1 tsp. Cinnamon 
-1 tsp. Nutmeg 
-Lightly toasted sourdough 
-1 tbsp. Coconut sugar
-1 tsp. Vanilla extract 

Recipe:
-combine your wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately
-soak each side of bread for 2 mins in NotMilk™ + egg or vegan egg mix
-cook on medium heat for 2-3 mins each side 
-top with granola
