🌟NEW COACH ALERT🌟Please join us to welcome Bill Tharp to the 3d Garden State staff! Coach Tharp will coach and provide recruiting support to our high school boys program.

Coach Tharp has been coaching lacrosse since 2011, most recently at The Pingry School as a Varsity Assistant Coach. At Pingry, Coach Tharp and the Big Blue won a Non Public B State Championship, 3 consecutive Somerset County Championships, and two Skyland Division Titles.

Prior to coaching at Pingry, Coach Tharp was the Head Coach at The Peddie School, Varsity Assistant Coach at Princeton High School and Exeter Township Senior High School, and coached collegiately at Immaculata University. 

Coach Tharp has served as a Head Coach for events such as the Garden State Cup and Under Armour (now New Balance) All-America Games and has coached club lacrosse for over 10 years.
