#ThrowbackThursday to my days on the football field 🏟️⚽️. Achieving the highs of my football career wasn’t just about talent and hard work. It was also about learning, evolving, and sometimes unlearning what no longer served me. An old key won’t open a new door, and that’s a lesson I’ve carried into my transition to consulting and speaking.

To reach new heights in this new arena, I had to let go of certain mindsets and habits that were great for football but not for this new journey. Unlearning was tough, but it was the only way to make room for growth, innovation, and success. 🌟
