Chapter 35. 

If you know me, you know I don’t share stories until I’m completely through it. I’ve mastered my mind where I protect my space to keep it in tip top condition to fight through. What you think is what you are! Chapter 35 for me is focusing on my health and leading with love. After having two big babies back to back, building two companies, traveling, and a football wife, my body has taken a beaten! It definitely sat me down again less than a month ago. Back in the hospital for over a week, needing assistance to walk, being admitted to a rehab facility…the whole nine 😩. But I willed my way back. And I realized I have to put myself and daily self care in the mix of my busy lifestyle. 

I’m the type of person that always supports. And I’m genuine with mine, I don’t want recognition and awards. Those that know, know! I try to purchase, share, motivate, mentor, give advice, or use my god given talents to assist as much as I can to help others. I want everyone to win! And I believe because of that, my support system is STRONG! My husband _coachchief , mama, kids, siblings a_foxy_lady01 and keithclarkcollection, Chaniece Hickerson, UAB sisters that_dpt, mrsjohnson_whnp, and coachamberjones, waushock family, bmhsmustang Family, and campusvisionpro family, definitely held me down these past 28 days!! From virtual PT videos, to business calls, to mommy health calls, to massage therapy and alignment calls, prayers, and just checking on me consistently, can’t say enough how much I appreciate y’all ❤️💯🤞🏽 

I never look like what I go through…that’s my super power 😉😘
