Exactly on this day 15 years ago I was getting married.

And today I decided to look back at my wedding photos for the first time in a very, very long time.  I’ve been coming to terms with realizing I have tucked away those memories in a deep box that I haven’t really wanted to come to terms with and face. It’s easier to erase chunks of time from your memory until you realize you can’t really keep doing that…

And now, as I’m on my healing journey…I’m seeing the beauty, sadness and grief of it all. And I am learning so much about unlocking these layers of releasing guilt and shame to truly embody who I am here to be and how I am supposed to help others on their journeys as well💓

Sometimes it hits me that I could have a 14 year old child right now and that is pretty crazy to me…but instead, the universe altered the course of my path to choose myself and work hard building my business and sharing so many incredible memories with so many amazing people…traveling the world, moving to the beach and learning so much more about myself✨

21 year old Sara looked happy, excited, nervous and ready to be married to the love of her life.  And that’s still sweet to look back on even with all of the hardships✨

Your path may look different from others and I want you to know that’s okay.  Being 36, divorced and still not remarried is also okay💓

Being 36, free to do and to go whatever you want, learn holistic healing, attend retreats to further your connection to self is my vibe right now. And I’m here for it✨

Sending love and light to all of those going through the emotions and feels because it’s not easy but when you have community, support and love- you’ve got the world at your fingertips ✨✨✨
