Day 2 TKVB Athlete Ingredient: INTEGRITY. Integrity is about adhering to values and principles that are in line with doing the right thing because it is in you to do so, not because you are being forced. Inside, there is a moral compass that guides and directs our athletes to make the best choice that will result in them bettering themselves as well as those around them through the adherence to these guiding principles. Whether it be demonstrating honesty during a match with calls or making sure that we hold each other accountable for being courteous to the wait staff at a restaurant we may be visiting during a tourney, the condition in which we leave our benches and hotel rooms, with integrity we recongize that we exercise our very best self at all times, not just when we think the world is watching. #betransformed
