“It’s national first-gen college day! Both my sister and I are first gen college students and the only in the family to earn bachelors degrees. I’m the only one in the family to earn a masters degree so being first gen means a lot to me. Thanks to sacstate for providing a super affordable education while challenging me to be a better person and allowing me to flourish into a career I love.
