## Caption

The past 2 years have been a journey. And without God showing me that I still need to get bette, that I still need to improve, I would have come up short again. Im glad I listened. He showed me that my mental was weak. I had the training and potential to take it there but i didnt have the mental fortitude to manifest it. So i started working with sprot Psychs. I want to personally thank Dr. Sean McCann and Dr. Jim Afremow @jimafremow . Here is a tad bit of what I learned working with them. Especilly with Jim. He really gave me some tangible ways to navigate my mental spaces in moments of high pressure. Even though to my knowledge I thought I was pretty strong mentally. Hope this helps someone!

Slide 2- I tell myself everyday (since Feb 27 2024) that I will be Olympic Champion and that I will break the World Record. This is self affirmation and Mirror Talk

Slide 3- I put a planter in my backyard 🤣 this was a way to clear my mind. Detach from everything in my normal life get some sun. Something about growing your own food that is so rewarding

Slide 4- Minecraft is the perfect distraction from everything in life. And. Frankly. Im a child.

Slide 5- This is a video script. I love video making and its a passion that I have had for a while. I dont think my videos are good enough yet but if you want to see them I have a youtube channel. I posted a video a couple weeks ago about recovery!

Slide 6- These are golden tips from Jim about finding peace regardless of performance. And taking the pressure off things.

Slide 7- This is a Meditation called Champions Centering. When my heart is racing in a warmup or at a meet waiting in the hotel room, this grounds me and brings me back to level 1. Thanks for the VN Tor ❤️

Slide 8- @realcoleworld  has been my biggest inspiration for as long as I can remember. He has a passion to be the greatest ever. And I believe he is. I can relate to this because I believe I am. His music gets me hype. If you know me you know I know way to much J Cole and his music really brings that dog out of me. It gets me in that MODE! Maybe since Im an Olympian now I can meet the goat and be a honorary member of Dreamville 😂
