Increasing the apex of your approach shots will allow them to land softer and help you hold more greens. Two things to practice that will improve your launch angle are moving the ball forward in your stance, and adding width in your back swing. Another move to work on is adding a more vertical release (Jack Nicklaus) in your follow-through.
