I’m running a bolt on gktech_official kit with a home made handle with a wilwooddiscbrakes master and calipers. 
For a Ranger, a pass thru master will work with the drum and disc brakes fine. I’ve had a few pals run that setup. However there is a few people that have made dual caliper brackets for their Ranger & Explorer axles.
