Incredible debut runs by the two youngsters, Fiona O’Keeffe and John Dressel this morning at the Aramco Houston Half Marathon! In her first year out of college Fiona ran 1:07:42 to become the fifth fastest American Woman ever. In his fourth month as a pro John ran a stellar 1:02:23 to solidify himself as a competitor for years to come after a breakout fall of training.  They both committed to the process and challenged themselves every single day.  Congratulations Fiona and John! 
Now, back to the track! 🐾💥
