Here is a refresher on how to setup S.M.A.R.T goals Goals motivate us to be successful. They give us something to aim for and help us adjust our mindsets to shoot for bigger things. Through goal setting, we’re able to critically evaluate our strengths and weaknesses and work towards improving ourselves. With S.M.A.R.T. goals, we’ll be able to make more progress and have greater success than before.
