*RECIPE BELOW* Ready to level up your spring brunch this weekend? 🥚💐 Make Eggs Benedict using our English Muffins. 💐🥚 Did you know Hollandaise Sauce can be made in a snap? It’s also delicious over veggies and fish, making it the perfect spring sauce. 

Hollandaise Sauce Recipe:  Melt ½ cup butter. While the butter is melting, whisk together 3 egg yolks and 2 TBSP fresh lemon juice for 15 seconds. Once butter is melted and slowly pour it into the egg mixture while whisking and blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste and use sauce immediately.
