Is it just me or does everything taste better between two pieces of bread?? French toast sandwich for breakfast today👍🏻 It’s filled with some almond butter mixed w/ pbfit, plain greek yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas😛 Recipe for my super simple french toast below⬇️

2 pieces franzbakery sweet dark whole grain bread
1 large egg
1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
1/4 tsp nutmeg
•combine eggs, milk, vanilla, and spices in bowl
•dip both sides of the slice of bread in the liquid
•cook each side of the bread for 4-5 minutes in pan greased with coconut oil on medium heat
•repeat with second slice (you may need to re-grease the pan)
•you can cook it longer to make it more toasty I just find 4-5 mins to be perfect for me
