Here’s Sunday’s lineup of athletes with Washington ties competing in the olympics track & field meet:

1) marisavhoward from Pasco kicks things off in the first event of the day in the women’s 3000 steeplechase heats at 1:35 am Pacific/10:35 am París time;

2) uwtrack alum g.woodyy is in heat 2 of the women’s 400 hurdles heats at 3:43 am Pacific/12:43 pm Paris time; 

3) Former wsucougarxctf sprinter louiehl is in H1 of the men’s 100m semifinals at 11:05 am Pacific/8:05p Paris time, where he needs to finish in the top 2 or be one of two time qualifiers to advance to the finals almost two hours later (12:50p Pacific/9:50p Paris time);

4) nia_akins of the brooksbeaststc is in H3 of the women’s 800m semis where she has to place in the top 2 or get one of the two time qualifiers to go to Monday night’s finals. Akins races at 11:55 am Pacific/8:55 pm Paris time;

5) Finally, her brooksbeaststc teammate joshhkerr runs in the first of two semifinal heats of the men’s 1500 meters fifteen minutes after Akins finishes. The top six advance to Tuesday night’s finals.
