After graduating with his bachelor's in chemistry and working in the labs at Eli Lilly for a few years, Derik Wittenberg '14 realized something: he wanted to go beyond the lab. That's when he decided to become a Greyhound and join the MBA program.

"No doubt the UIndy MBA accelerated that much quicker, it empowered me to reach high and I have no regrets about my path," said Derik, who now serves as Senior Director of R&D Operations and Transformation Strategy at Elanco.
