We’re just days away from the biggest race of Saucony athlete Adam Merry’s career—the legendary Western States 100. To get a glimpse into Adam’s mindset leading up to Saturday’s race, we joined him for his final key workouts.

The day consisted of two tough interval sessions—an uphill/downhill threshold workout in the morning and a flat 4x3min tempo in the evening. 😮‍💨
