Nach umfangreichen Erfahrungen in der Gastronomie und Haubengastronomie, sorgt er seit mehr als zwei Jahren in unseren Großküchen für höchste Standards in Qualität & Prozessmanagement und setzt auf frische und selbstgemachte Speisen - ganz nach dem Motto: Haubenküche trifft Großküche ✨
