Every fraction of a second in the Olympic pool is a lifetime of perseverance and personal breakthroughs. Seven #HongKongAthletes braved the waves in multiple events, earning our cheers with fearless performances and unimaginable hard work behind the scenes. 

Five-time Olympian #AuHoiShun Stephanie held her belief through ups and downs, having trained in Australia for the entire year to earn her ticket to Paris 2024.

#ChengCamilleLilyMei swam far to become a mainstay in the relay team. In her third Olympics, Camille gave her all.

Behind 22-year-old #KanCheukTung Natalie’s courageous is a decade-long dedication in the sport, from inter-school championships to her Olympic debut.

#TamHoiLam set sight on Olympics since she was 6. Now 26 of age, her determination never wavered.

#HoIanYentou, the 7th male swimmer in Hong Kong’s history to compete in the Olympics, broke our home city’s record, and achieved the highest ranking for a Hong Kong male swimmer in Paris.

At the age of 17, #CheungSumYuet Cindy skipped school for a year to prepare for her Olympic debut. Having fought past immense pressure, Cindy has learnt to believe in herself.

於奧運觸池的毫秒之爭，背後是無數次自我突破。七位 #香港泳將 岀戰多個賽事，無懼波折向目標前進。鎂光燈外的付出，同樣值得我們喝采。

五朝元老 #歐鎧淳，曾多次刷新港績。面對高低起伏，仍堅持如初，隻身遠赴澳洲特訓一年，只為爭取奧運出賽資格，「代表香港比賽的感覺，相信退役後仍會惦記。」

#鄭莉梅，10年間成為團體賽主將，曾摘下多面亞運獎牌。三次征奧，同樣全力以赴，「非常有幸能在這裏比賽，感受觀眾的打氣和熾熱氣氛。」

#簡綽桐，由學界比賽到22歲首踏五環舞台，無悔十多年努力成果，「隊友不斷鼓勵，好開心完成第一屆奧運，會好好記得。」

#譚凱琳，自幼視奧運為目標，由6歲受訓到26歲，始終堅定向前，「好榮幸，可以代表香港喺東京同巴黎參加奧運。」

#何甄陶，港史第七位奧運男泳將，打破由自己創下的香港紀錄，再於巴黎刷新男泳將最佳名次，「游泳帶我見識到更大的世界，我很感恩。」

#張心悅，17歲「小飛魚」為首佂奧運，休學一年備戰，自言經歷過今屆賽事，學會往後少點自我懷疑，「犧牲咗好多，但可以嚟到奧運舞台，都係值得嘅。」
